Research On Trusted Investment Management Of X Annuity Plan

As the second prop of China’s old-age security system,enterprise annuity is a supplement to the basic old-age security.It can improve the treatment of after retirement enterprise employees,and ensure the income level of retired employees.China’s enterprise annuity takes market-oriented operation.Enterprises employed qualified external institutions as trustees,account managers,custodians and investment managers.They cooperated with each other and jointly managed and invested annuity assets.The trustee plays a coordinating and managing role like their butler,especially in formulating investment strategy and scope,managing the trustee’s investment in the annuity plan.The scientificity and effectiveness level of the trustee’s management method will also directly or indirectly affect the investment income of the annuity plan.However,compared the development of supplementary old-age insurance with United States and other developed regions,there are still many problems in the performance of trusteeship management of pension trustees in China.From the trustee’s point of view,this paper takes the X enterprise annuity plan which has some obvious characteristics as the research object,and the purpose is to study the trustee investment management of this plan,analyze its main problems and draw lessons from foreign advanced management experience,at throw out better trustee investment management suggestions,such as setting the trustee occupies in the core position,the effective management of the insured personnel’s expectation,the flexible allocation of investment strategies,the effective incentive to the managers,and the full play of the advantages of the trustee’s direct investment.After the study of the representative issues of the annuity plan,to seeing,it will play a certain reference value or enlightenment role for the trustee,the personnel and social sectors,and the insured units in the management of enterprise annuity and even occupational annuity.
