Research On Production Batch Management And Quality Retrospective Method For Investment Casting Enterprise

The existing production batch management method of the investment casting enterprise is difficult to realize the comprehensive control of the casting production process,and the existing quality traceability system is difficult to clarify the casting defect responsibility and track the defective casting batch position.On the one hand,the whole card mode of the production process card is the mainstream way of batch management of production quality process in investment casting enterprises.The shell preparation process of the batch control operation is convenient and effective,but the post finishing process has a serious mixed batch,split batch,merger batch phenomenon,this leads to the difficulty of batch management of the process cards and ineffective control of batch quality.On the other hand,the way of product quality "post treatment" of the investment casting enterprises mainly rely on artificial,lacking systematic quality traceability method,the defective products and potential defective products can not be promptly traced and handled.Problems related to process,materials,production,outsourcing can not be timely corrected and prevented.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the main-sub card solution of production processes based on the batch management theory and the InteCAST ERP software,solved the problem of mixed batch,split batch and merge batch in the investment casting process,achieved the whole process of production and quality control.In view of the present situation of artificial quality traceability in investment casting enterprises,combined with the main-sub card solution of production processes,this paper constructed a series-parallel quality responsibility tracing model.The model achieved the responsibility tracing and batch tracing of the defective casting,and solved the problem that the original paper document tracing method is not convenient and the result is inaccurate.The research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the original whole card mode of the production process card solution of the investment casting enterprise,and puts forward the main-sub card solution,which helps enterprise realize the batch management in production process.Take the production process card as the object,a production process card evaluation model based on analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive method is proposed,reduce the negative impact of human subjectivity and one-sidedness in the evaluation process,making the evaluation results more impartial.Secondly,the paper analyzes the quality traceability requirements of investment casting enterprises,taking the production process card as the core technology,this paper puts forward a series-parallel quality responsibility tracing model.Improve the enterprise quality traceability management,strengthen the responsibility for defective casting and batch tracking.Finally,two typical investment casting enterprises are selected as the research object,and the relevant production,quality and enterprise user data are collected.Through investigating the use of production process card master card scheme in these two enterprises,this paper validate its advantages in improving enterprise production management and batch control.The series-parallel quality traceability model tracking model is designed and implemented in the two enterprises.Its quality control and tracking function is illustrated by using the existing data of the system.This provides a reference and guidance for enterprises to strengthen quality control.
