Study On The Adjustment Of Acoustic Environment Function Zoning Division Of Zhangjiagang City

The scientific division of the acoustic environment functional zoning is an important task of doing a good job in the prevention and management of urban noise pollution.the previous round division of acoustic environmental function zoning in Zhangjiagang City can no longer be adapted to the urban construction development of Zhangjiagang City,It has brought many problems and inconveniences to the monitoring and management of environmental noise in Zhangjiagang City.In this paper,firstly,it has analyzed the current situation and existing problems of Zhangjiagang City’s acoustic environment based on the noise monitoring results of Zhangjiagang City Environmental Monitoring Station、the current status of acoustic environment monitoring points and field investigations.Then,according to the planning and construction process of Zhangjiagang City and the relevant national standards,ArcGis software is used to establish a geodatabase of acoustic environment functional zoning and spatial database of basic data,and then the data of the urban area spatial extent is analyzed to obtain graphical data to realize the adjustment of the acoustic environment function zoning division of Zhangjiagang City,and the ArcGis database can be used for the next acoustic environment functional zoning division of Zhangjiagang City.In addition,for how to offset the natural source,three suggestions of active noise reduction,adjustment of monitoring points,and appropriate relaxation of standard limits are proposed to accurately reflect the quality level of urban acoustic environment.
