The Study On The Acoustic Environmental Quality Analysis And Function Division Of Luancheng County Of Shijiazhuang

As one of the three major environmental pollution problems,noise pollution has seriously affected the living environment of urban residents.How to control the noise pollution have become China's urgent environmental problems to improve the urban environment and improve the quality of life.The acoustic function zoning,which is suitable for the economic development of cities and towns,is very important for urban development.Meanwhile,the acoustic function zoning can make the noise pollution control following the rules and make the urban planning layout more scientific.In this study,we selected the Luancheng District of Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province as the research object.The sound monitoring data of Luancheng city for many years were analyzed according to the corresponding zoning standards and division basis.The result showed that the noise in Luancheng Jiancheng district are over-standard,and the over standard rate of monitoring district was 51.0% and 52.0% in daytime and nighttime respectively.The noise exceeding standard rate of each sound function area was followed by 1 kind of area(residents' culture and education area),2 class(mixed area)and 3 industrial area,at the same time,the monitoring result of 1 years showed obvious increase,Urbanization process,the original zoning can not meet the needs of urban economic development,it is necessary to the urban acoustic environment functional areas to be re-divided.By comparing the two methods,it is found that the overall environmental noise evaluation of the urban environment is basically in accordance with the noise pollution level of the city,which is much better than that of the urban environmental noise.Compared with the other two methods,the environmental noise comprehensive index of the environmental noise pollution index can fully reflect the characteristics of urban environmental noise,a comprehensive reflection of urban environmental noise pollution and noise environmental quality status.Therefore,based on the analysis of the present situation of acoustic environmental zonation in Luancheng County,this paper divides the region into sixteen sub-regions and classifies the sixteen sub-regions according to the present situation of Luancheng and the general zoning of acoustic environmental function.In order to be able to better refine the acoustic environment functional areas,in the planning to determine the first 3 categories of acoustic environmental function zoning based on the combination of urban layout and urban development needs of the full.The four types of acoustic environmental function zones are divided into four types: the expressway,the primary and secondary roads,the urban expressway and the urban expressway,the urban expressway,the urban expressway and the urban expressway.The area within the boundary of the main road traffic trunk is divided into 4 categories of acoustic environment functional areas,and the units of the same type and adjacent areas are connected into pieces.Refine the function partition,put forward detailed acoustic environment zoning plan,better serve the urban construction and overall layout.The result shows that the monitoring values of 44 noise units meet the zoning classification,among which the monitoring value of 33 noise units is better than that of the zoning ones.The sound environment function classification category indicates that the 33 noise units are better than that of environmental function zoning;11 noise units does not meet the environmental function zoning category requirements.And the result of day and night noise value does not meet the situation of zoning acoustic environment functional areas belong to the traffic trunk on both sides of the regional standard problem.Finally,by comparing the noise monitoring data and acoustic environment function zoning results,it is concluded that the acoustic environment management requirements of Luancheng district are applicable to each district.And the corresponding measures and countermeasures of acoustic environment control are put forward.This paper provides basic theoretical support for the solution of noise pollution problems in Luancheng district.
