The Study For The Environmental Noise Function Zoning In Meihekou City

With the rapid development of industrial production,transportation and tertiary industry,an increasing number of urban noise sources appears,our environment is becoming more polluted,and environmental noise pollution has become one of the"four major pollution"in our country.Therefore,the prevention of urban noise pollution is an inevitable requirement for protecting human health,promoting urban construction,economic development and social progress.And the environmental noise function zoning is the foundation and basis of doing a good job in the prevention of urban environment noise pollution.Meihekou city is a small and typical industrial town,old urban areas has been planed confusedly,environmental noise pollution has becoming more serious,pollution prevention work started fairly late,and there is no urban environmental noise function zoning in the city.This paper,based on the environmental noise analysis,according to the overall urban planning,construction planning,land use status quo,etc,ih accordance with the technical specifications to determinate the suitable areas for environmental noise of urban area,use gray clustering method and fuzzy cluster analysis method to zone the environmental noise functional unit,and analyze the results of two different zoning result,then,ues the method of status quo evaluation and model predictive to test the above zoning result,then according to the analysising results to optimize it,finaly,we complete the environmental noise function zoing of Meihekou city.The main results obtained in the assessment are as follows:1,This paper identified the environmental noise function zoing of Meihekou city,zoning 26 environmental noise units to Class 1 District,zoning 5 environment noise units to Class 2 District,zoning 14 environmental noise units to Class 3,zoning traffic route and railway to Class 4 District,and obtain the standard distance from traffic route and railway,the standard distance between the transition zone.2,This article provide some experience of the environmental noise function zoning of small town in Jilin province.The environmental noise quality of Meihekou city is similar to the most of small cities and towns in our country.Therefore,in the process of making other environmental noise function zoning of small cities and towns,we can draw on the ideas and research findings of this paper,so this article has some guiding significance to it.
