Study On Optimization Design Of Medium And Small Towns Environment Functional Zoning And Management Of Chaoyang Town Of Huinan In Jilin Province

Chaoyang town of Huinan District is in southeast of Jilin province. Total area is192.8KM~2, but downtown area is15KM~2including24villiages,75small village,8communitiesand40resident committees. Total population is136,000. There are95,000town residentincluding53,000with labor force. Because Chaoyang town is the place of Huinangovernment, economy and urbanization grow very fast. But there exist a lot of ecological andenvironmental problem due to unscientific environmental planning and mismatchedinfrastructure construction.We will use social-economic-natural complex ecosystem, sustainable developmenttheory and the location-space theory to study the environmental risk in city construction. Andwe also research the application of space analysis and ecological/environmental integratedassessment in city environmental function division. We consider chaoyang town as exampleto validate the theory and solution. Then we can provide the suggestion and reference for cityconstruction and environmental protection.
