Research On Rural Ecological Civilization Construction Under The Vision Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic measure in the process of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,focusing on agricultural and rural peasants,accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and accelerating the promotion of China’s agricultural powers to agricultural powers.The important area of rural revitalization is ecological revitalization.The construction of ecological civilization in rural areas is not only related to the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,but also to the millennium of the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.However,China is still a large agricultural country,with a vast rural area and more than 50% of the total population.There is a long way to go in the construction of rural ecological civilization.The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy,especially the party and state leaders attach great importance to the rural ecological revitalization,and ushered in a good opportunity for the fundamental improvement of the rural ecological environment and the construction of rural ecological civilization.This paper studies the construction of rural ecological civilization from the perspective of Rural Revitalization strategy.From the macroscopic perspective,it seeks Marxist theoretical basis for the construction of rural ecological civilization,combs out the theoretical guidance provided by Marx and Engels,especially Xi Jinping’s ecological thought for the construction of rural ecological civilization,and microscopically,it succeeds in the construction of rural ecological civilization in Anji County of Zhejiang Province and Nanjie Village of Henan Province.Experience is summarized,refined and sublimated,trying to find the "universal" value of "local experience".In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,outstanding achievements have been made in the construction of rural ecological civilization.The main manifestations are as follows: farmers’ ecological consciousness has been gradually improved;farmers’ ecological behavior has gradually become a habit;the countryside has taken on a new look.But as far as the reality of China’s rural areas is concerned,"thousands of lines above,one needle below",the grassroots work is heavy and complicated.In order to pursue GDP,quite a few grassroots leading cadres only pay attention to the development of local economy and neglect theprotection and construction of rural ecological environment,resulting in problems such as lack of main force,insufficient investment in funds,weak policy support and unsystematic ecological education in rural ecological civilization construction.The causes of the problems are not only objective reasons such as the long-term existence of urban-rural dual structure,but also subjective reasons such as traditional ideas,lack of laws and policies,lagging ecological education and so on.It can be seen that the construction of rural ecological civilization is a systematic project.We should adhere to all the principles of starting from reality and analyzing specific problems,find problems,analyze problems and then solve them.This paper holds that the construction of rural ecological civilization under the strategic vision of Rural Revitalization needs to provide corresponding paths from the perspectives of talents,economy,legal policies and so on.Firstly,the establishment of institutional mechanisms to provide human resources for the construction of rural ecological civilization.Secondly,increase economic investment to provide economic basis for the construction of rural ecological civilization.Thirdly,we should improve laws and policies to provide environmental support for the construction of rural ecological civilization.Then,the promotion of green agriculture lays a good foundation for the construction of rural ecological civilization.Finally,we should improve the ecological education system to provide spiritual support for the construction of rural ecological civilization.
