Research On The Linkage Development Of Ecological Civilization Construction And Rural Revitalization Strategy In Guizhou

The construction of ecological civilization is the fundamental plan for the development of the nation in the new period,and the strategy of rural vitalization is the key to the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new period.As one of the first batch of national ecological civilization pilot zones,guizhou is also located in three concentrated and contiguous poverty-stricken areas.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy.At the same time,the construction of ecological civilization and the rural revitalization strategy are mutually intersecting and highly related.Therefore,in the development and construction of guizhou,the two should not be separated,but should attach importance to the linkage development of the two.This article is based on ecological civilization construction and the development of the strategy of rejuvenating rural linkage between theoretical basis and multi-level multi-dimensional linkage development mechanism,analyzing ecological civilization construction in guizhou with the present situation of the strategy of rejuvenating rural linkage development,and with reference to the development of guizhou province from 2006 to 2017 data,building ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy in guizhou’s evaluation index system,using the entropy weight method to determine the index weight,and composite index is calculated.The coupling degree and coordination degree of the two are calculated by using the coupling degree and coordination degree model respectively,and on this basis,the grey relational degree model is constructed to analyze the correlation factors between the two.The results show that: from 2006 to 2017,the ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy in guizhou have been in a high level of coupling stage,and the coupling coordination level has been constantly rising,gradually improving from the verge of imbalance to a good coordination state.Among the factors of rural vitalization,the key factors affecting the construction of ecological civilization in guizhou are the prosperity of industry,the prosperity of life and the ecological livability.Among the factors of ecological civilization,ecological protection,resource utilization and growth quality are the main factors affecting the implementation of guizhou’s rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,this paper puts forward some policy Suggestions to promote the coordinated development of ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization in guizhou.Second,strengthen the function of driving and supporting the green revitalization of ruralindustry in the linkage development;Third,strengthen the basic role of rural ecological management system construction;Fourth,attach importance to the role of rural cultural ecological construction.
