As the light industrial food industry structure in the Pearl River Delta enters a period of adjustment and upgrading,new needs have been placed on technical personnel for food.As a special form of practical teaching,the top post internship enables the students of food inspection major to exercise various professional skills and professional qualities in a real working environment,so that the talent training specifications can better meet the actual market needs.But in the actual implementation process,the phenomenon of “walking the form” appeared,which formed a great conflict with the ideal requirements of the school.Based on this phenomenon,this study takes the top-post internship of food inspection major in G vocational school as the research object,using questionnaire method,interview method and case investigation method,combining the relevant standards of top-post internship and the characteristics of top-post internship in food inspection major.The teaching implementation is used as an entry point to carry out an in-depth study of the internship of the major.Based on the investigation results,the causes of the existing problems were analyzed,and solutions were also proposed.Through the investigation,it was found that the internship of food inspection major has problems in four aspects: internship conditions,internship organization management,internship content and evaluation.The specific performance is as follows: the internship guidance is not in place and the degree of job matching needs to be improved;the incomplete job process learning and the incomplete training of the students' professional quality;the pre-job education of the students and the management intensity during the work period are insufficient;the assessment and the evaluation mechanism is not sound enough.Based on the above questions,the author proposes countermeasures as follows:to improve internship conditions(including strengthening the internship guidance and improving the degree of job matching);to define internship content(including designing the internship content and plan for professional skills training,designing the internship content and plan for professional quality training);to do a good job ofpre-job education and motivation for interns(including strengthening the pre-job education and increasing the incentive measures);to improve the internship evaluation mechanism(including enriching the evaluation content and improving the performance evaluation work).At last,the author tries to design an internship program of food inspection major for reference.
