Research On Food Culture And Regional Tourism Development From The Perspective Of "Cultural Embedding" Theory

In Yunnan,rice noodle is of great significance in people's life.In 2015,Mengzi Cross-bridge Rice Noodle successfully applied for the national intangible cultural heritage,becoming a name card of Yunnan food and gradually going from Mengzi to all parts of the country.In this paper,from the angle of"embedded",the movement across the Cross-bridge Rice Noodle culture and the development of Mengzi tourism economy are analyzed,to explore the Cross-bridge Rice Noodle how to become a brand of Mengzi,and how to"embedded"to the local tourism resource development.Through value transformation,the culture of the Cross-bridge Rice Noodle has become an important force in the development of regional tourism economy,in the same time,to found the problems existing in the process.There are five parts in this paper.The first part explains the background of the topic,the research object,the research question,the significance and innovation of the research as well as the research method,to provide theoretical basis for the "cultural embedding"analysis of the Cross-bridge Rice Noodle.The second part is the development of Mengzi the Cross-bridge Rice Noodle,to explore how the Cross-bridge Rice Noodle becomes the Mengzi brand from the ordinary people's diet.In the third part,through the government's planning of local economic development,the formulation of relevant norms and systems of the Cross-bridge Rice Noodle and the analysis of the cultural identity of the Cross-bridge Rice Noodle,to expound how the culture of the Cross-bridge Rice Noodle can be embedded into the development of the tourism economy of Mengzi.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the process of"cultural embedding"of Mengzi Cross-bridge Rice Noodle,so as to avoid and solve it in the future development.The fifth part summarizes the thesis.
