GuangXi rice noodles are one of the peoples’favorite food,there are GuiLin noodles,LiuZhou snail noodles,NanNing old friendship noodles and QinZhou Pig’s trotters noodles and so on from North to South,and the East and the West there are difference delicious rice noodles.GuangXi people use their wisdom and diligence produce GuangXi noodles,which express one of the culture of the GuangXi food.GuiLin doodles,NanNing old friendship noodles,LiuZhou snail noodles are included in Non material cultural heritage in these year in GuangXi,GuangXi doodles are viewed as culture in GuangXi,So what the reason of the GuangXi noddles can be produced and continuation for thousands of years?And what culture in the GuangXi noodles?Master of communication Schram said symbol is element of communication,and he think symbol can express "significance".So,GuangXi noodles are symbols in they themselves,theirs’ culture symbols also can express the significance of GuangXi noodles.This study depend on field research and literature research.The paper has three main chapters,the first chapter is to interpretation the culture symbols of GuangXi noodles.The GuangXi noodles culture symbols are performance on noodles raw material,noodles mixed ingredient,food appliance and edible methods.Fist,GuangXi is located in the subtropical zone,there is rainy and hot in summer,and warm and moist,the climate is very fit to rice to grow,it can provide a adequate raw material for GuangXi noodles,so GuangXi noodles culture is very long. Second,the regional climate of GuangXi produce GuangXi noodles culture,long long ago,GuangXi was called the area of "malaria",the ancestors of GuangXi research ed out the brine and garnish of the GuangXi noodles,they can play heath to body and can resistance disease.Last,from the food of appliances of the GuangXi noodles and the methods of edible of the GuangXi noodles,people can know about the production of agricultural and the methods of GuangXi people.The second chapter research the communication of the ontology. The GuangXi noodles culture,it depends on movies works to interpretation the culture,which can know about all the situation of GuangXi noodles communication,and it can know about the development and change of the GuangXi noodles culture.On the movies study,such as the Vast of China(1991),the On the Tip of the Tonguel(2012),from these movies to research the GuangXi noodles ontology. The study from the method, angle,theme, behind of shooting and so on to interpretation the culture of GuangXi noodles.The third chapter is study the method of the GuangXi noodles’communication,there are three methods.The first method is promoting the ontology of Guangxi noodle culture,there are including that promote the audience’s spread awareness;the mass media promote the ontology of Guangxi noodle culture;niche media promote the ontology of Guangxi noodle culture and use festival culture promote the ontology of Guangxi noodle culture. The second method is depend on the audience of Guangxi,there are include two parts,one is promoting identity consciousness of Guangxi people and the sense of pride of national.The third method is promoting the social function to promote Guangxi noodle culture,there are two parts.one is promoting the function of social heritage and the function of social features of mass media.The significance and objective of the study is to interpretation the culture of GuangXi noodles,make people to know what are the culture of the GuangXi noodles,promote the communication of the GuangXi noodles ontology.
