With the continuous development of social science and technology and the continuous improvement of the people's quality of life,the demand for high technology and new materials is becoming more and more demanding.Aluminum is an indispensable material in daily life.It is widely used in automobiles,high speed rail,aircraft,electrical appliances,transmission lines and so on.At present,the aluminum commonly used in our life is mainly produced by electrolytic aluminum technology.In the production of electrolytic aluminum,there will be a lot of air pollution such as fluoride and sulfur dioxide.Molten salt electrolysis is used in the production of electrolytic aluminum.The raw materials for production are alumina,aluminum fluoride and anode carbon blocks.The DC electricity needed for electrolysis is supplied by rectification.The alumina dissolved in the electrolyte is oxidated and reacted with carbon anode under direct current and produces liquid primary aluminum.The equipment for producing electrolytic aluminum is called electrolyzer.The electrolyzer is mainly composed of anode,cathode and steel structure with carbon material as the main body.The purpose of this lesson is to design a set of energy saving,environmental protection,electrolytic aluminum production and environmental protection equipment suitable for modern industrial production.Through the in-depth research and design of the subject,the complete set of electrolytic aluminum production and environmental protection equipment not only meet the design requirements,but also have a high level of intelligence and automation.The main tasks of this project are as follows:(1)To understand and master the working principle of electrolytic aluminum production and environmental protection equipment,and then according to the functional requirements of electrolytic aluminum production and environmental protection equipment,the electrolytic aluminum production and environmental protection equipment are determined.In order to realize the various functions of the design system and the intelligentized demand,the selection of equipment and electronic control equipment is carried out.(2)Overall design of equipment for production and environmental protection.The selection of the main rest equipment,the selection of the electrolytic cell,the design of the electrolysis balance,the calculation and determination of the production equipment,the design and configuration of the environmental protection equipment were completed,and the optimization design of the electrolytic aluminum production and environmental protection equipment was completed.(3)Calculate and configure the main equipment parameters.Completed the technical analysis of electrolyzer,bus configuration,cathode structure calculation,cell shell structure calculation,smoke collection and exhaust system design,multi-parameter balancing cell control system calculation,blanking optimization,automatic batching calculation,magnetic field physical design,the overall composition of production equipment configuration,environmental protection equipment design,smoke recovery system calculation and other sub-work.Design of Energy System;(4)Optimize the design of electrolytic aluminum production and environmental protection equipment.According to the operation situation of electrolytic aluminum production site,it is optimized and improved.The electrolytic aluminum production and environmental protection equipment used in this paper have high production efficiency,high safety and reliability,high energy conservation and environmental protection.At the same time,the intelligent control of the whole production process is realized.In the whole design process,the computer simulation calculation,virtual operation and balance test are fully applied to improve the precision of the design parameters.The intelligent operation and reliable production of electrolytic aluminum production and environmental protection equipment are promoted by means of intelligent control such as computer control and PLC control.
