Oil-gas production system is an important part of the semi-submersible production platform,its process flow and equipments configuration determines the productivity and safety of the target platform.This paper is taking a research of oil-gas production process design and equipments configuration optimization method on semi-submersible production platform,relying on the major project of the Ministry of industry,which name is the research of key technologies in overall design of deep sea semi-submersible production platform.Crude oil process system programs and production water treatment methods is comprehensively evaluated and ranked by using the programs evaluation method based on the uncertain language,combining with the characteristics of the target platform and the design specifications.Then,the oil-gas production program is determined,and the production processes design is accomplished.In this thesis,Aspen HYSYS process simulation software is used for simulating the process of three phase separation,deacidification and dehydration for natural gas.The reasonable value range of the secondary separation pressure and temperature is determined through the effect analysis of the secondary three phase separation parameters on the stability and dehydration of crude oil.A reasonable parameters range of gas deacidification process is optimizated by analyzing the effect of the plate number,pressure,temperature,and MDEA barren liquor mass concentration on decarburization,desulfurization and removal selectivity of H2S,combining with the technological process.Furthermore,by analyzing the effect of the TEG contact column inlet pressure and temperature on gas dehydration and heat load of the regeneration tower and reboiler,the reasonable parameters range of the nature gas dehydration process is optimized,under the condition of satisfying the requirement of dehydration condition and to reduce the heat load at the same time.This thesis provides a configuration optimization method of oil-gas production process equipment,in order to improve the process adaptability.Based on the characteristics of semi-submersible production platform and the analysis of the process,the equipment configuration optimization mathematical model is established,in the light of the conditions of the deep-water semi-submersible production platform,and an improved fruit fly optimization algorithm is put forward as a solving method,then taking the Crude oil processing process equipment configuration as an example,equipment selection results are found.
