Based on the basic theory of business management,this paper focuses on the application of business management ideas to the optimization of production equipment management in the third workshop of B Steel Pipe Company.This paper puts forward the research on the optimization of equipment management in the third workshop of B Steel Pipe Company.This paper only focuses on the management research of equipment operation,maintenance,use and maintenance.Some methods of TPM equipment management theory are applied in the optimization process.The research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the research significance of the subject is put forward.On this basis,the theoretical methods and means applied in the optimization of production site equipment management at home and abroad at this stage are elaborated.Secondly,aiming at the current situation of equipment management in the third workshop of B Steel Pipe Company,the problems of restricting equipment operation efficiency and equipment maintenance in the process management of production line are analyzed.According to the results of analysis,using the methods of equipment operation,equipment preparation and evaluation,we can find out the optimized scheme and implement it,so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the equipment management on the production site.Finally,it introduces how to ensure the implementation effect of the existing production site equipment management optimization,and makes a prospect for further optimization in the future.The significance of this paper is to solve the outstanding problems in the process of equipment operation and maintenance in the third workshop of B Steel Pipe Company.Through TPM theory and other related management theories and methods,the management business of existing equipment operation,operation,maintenance,preparation and predictive analysis is optimized and improved.Finally,the equipment management mode of the third workshop of B Steel Pipe Company is optimized.The purpose of improving the utilization efficiency of equipment.At the same time,it has certain reference value in equipment management optimization for other discrete manufacturing enterprises.By using the method of literature review,this paper makes an empirical study on the research results and latest developments of equipment management and the application of production equipment management techniques and methods in domestic and foreign academic research fields.By using the method of on-site investigation,this paper investigates the management of production equipment in the third workshop of B Steel Tube Company,and understands the operation,operation and application of key equipment in the third workshop.In the management of equipment preparation,maintenance and evaluation,the problems existing in equipment management are sorted out.This paper uses problem analysis method to find out the root causes of the problems and several difficult aspects of equipment management,focusing on the three aspects of equipment operation,maintenance and use involved in the three workshop production site.From the perspective of predictive analysis,this paper also puts forward the preventive analysis technology to evaluate the probability of equipment accidents,and take corresponding measures to improve the reliability of equipment,so as to improve the comprehensive efficiency and management ability of equipment.
