Research On Wellhead Matching Equipment For Environmental Protection In Oilfield

This paper summarizes the development history and trend of oilfield environmental protection operation technology in domestic and foreign oil field and related company,and determines the research direction of wellhead supporting device in oilfield environmental protection operation.According to the functional requirements of environmental protection operation of Eight oil production company,Daqing Oilfield,combined with the operation process of wellhead operation and the use of wellhead operation equipment in oil production plant,the wellhead supporting equipment of oilfield environmental protection operation is studied.Developed three oilfield environmental operation wellhead supporting device consisting of a flange positioning,integral and split.The structure of Oilfield environmental protection operation Wellhead supporting device was designed by the way of sub-module,each module was connected with the pipeline,aiming at achieving the fast,the high efficiency and the coordination operation.The supporting device mainly includes wellhead simple platform device,tubing scraper,sucker rod scraper.The wellhead simple platform device,including the wellhead simple platform and wellhead oil sump,have the environment adaptability and the ability of effective collection of overflow wells of oil.According to the actual working environment of the wellhead simple platform,a new method of platform analysis is developed,and the safety and stability checking is carried out.The developed tubing scraper,sucker rod scraper achieve the scraping oil on line in the tubing,sucker rods from the operation.Based on ANSYS calculation software,the influence of core radial deformation and core hardness on mechanical behavior of scraping oil core was studied.The relationship between the contact pressure and the radial deformation between the oil pipe and the sucker rod and the scraping oil core and the relationship between the contact pressure and the hardness of the rubber core are discussed.The field test of wellhead supporting equipment of oilfield environmental protection operation was completed,the practicability of wellhead supporting device was verified,and the operation coordination of each function module was carried out.
