Foam aluminum is a new type of material with hollow and porous inside the aluminum matrix.It has the characteristics of both structural and functional materials.It has been widely studied in recent years.In recent years,as researchers continue to understand the performance of aluminum foam,aluminum foam is used in more and more fields,the demand for aluminum foam is also increasing,and the industrialization of aluminum foam has become an important research direction.Researchers have prepared aluminum foam materials by various methods in the laboratory.Among them,the powder compacted melt foaming method(PCM method)can achieve net shape preparation of aluminum foam shaped parts,which has attracted the attention of researchers.However,at present,most domestic manufacturers use the foam foaming method to prepare aluminum foam,and the industrialization research on the preparation of aluminum foam by the PCM method is not thorough.In order to realize the industrialization of the PCM method and continuously produce large specifications and large quantities of foamed aluminum,it is necessary to continue in-depth research on the process of the PCM method and design related equipment according to the process requirements.The main research contents of this article are as follows:In order to realize the continuous production of aluminum foam,the problem of continuous preparation of preforms must first be solved.It is proposed to produce preforms continuously with equal-diameter angular extrusion technology.The simulation results show that the extruded preforms have a density of 0.971,which meets the process requirements.The PCM process is studied and summarized.By consulting a large number of documents,the effects of powder mixing,compounding,foaming and cooling on the quality of aluminum foam produced by the PCM method are analyzed,and appropriate production process parameters are selected.The powder mixing process parameter is set to powder mixing time 60 min,planetary ball mill speed 100 r / min ~ 120 r / min.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various composite processes,and select the appropriate composite method according to different needs.The foaming process depends on the foaming speed,foaming time and foaming temperature.The influence of the foaming process on the foaming result is analyzed and a reasonable foaming process is proposed.Analyze the influence of the cooling method on the finished aluminum foam,and choose the mist cooling process as the cooling process of the production line.The foaming furnace and cooling system are designed according to the aboveselected process requirements.The foaming furnace is designed as a threesegment roller resistance furnace.Each segment has an independent temperature control device.The furnace size of each segment is 1180 mm × 590 mm × 354 mm,the furnace body size is 4980 mm × 1070 mm × 973 mm,and the no-load power is 8.46 KW,normal The working temperature is 800 ℃,the empty furnace heating time is 3.88 h,the preform moves through the roller in the foaming furnace,the roller transfer speed is up to 0.2m / s,the foaming time and the foaming time can be controlled by adjusting the temperature and conveying speed of each section of the foaming furnace Bubble speed and foaming temperature.According to the process flow,the operation unit is divided,and the production line is divided into five processes: powder mixing,preparation of preforms,assembly of preforms and molds,foaming and cooling.According to the process requirements of powder mixing and extrusion process,suitable powder mixing and extrusion equipment were selected.According to the production program,the rhythm and rhythm of the production line are determined,the number of employees and equipment is determined,and the various processes are connected by a conveyor to form a production line,and the entire production workshop is arranged.The production rate of foamed aluminum production line is 60 kg / h.It can produce 18 pieces of foamed aluminum sheet of 500 mm × 500 mm × 200 mm per hour,and produce 13,500m2 foamed aluminum per year.The production line can produce foam aluminum with a length,width and height of 1000 mm × 500 mm × 300 mm. |
