| The custom of drinking tea was practiced in China before B.C.Before the Tang Dynasty,there was almost no tea drinking custom in northern China,but from the south of Sichuan,tea drinking custom began to spread in the areas along the Yangtze River.Tea culture in China can be said to be integrated into life and comprehensive knowledge.Its elements include tea science,tea ceremony,tea morality,tea art,tea technique,tea custom and so on.Among them,the concepts of "Zen tea blindness" and "tea ceremony as one" are put forward centering on the thoughts of Zen and Tao.Tea ceremony in Japan usually refers to ordering tea and entertaining guests.It covers a wide range of elements,such as tea room,courtyard and other space,ornamental tea set technology,enjoyment of cuisine,snacks,pre-order etiquette for entertaining guests,spiritual culture represented by silence and so on.It is generally believed that the tea culture that Ryukyu can confirm is basically the soup culture of tea introduced from Japan.After entering modern times,the influence of Chinese tea culture has increased,possibly including the civilian class,forming a tea culture based on fried tea drinking.There are many studies on tea culture between China and Japan.Many scholars in both countries have their own perspectives to study tea culture.However,there are few studies focusing on Tea and Ryukyu Man.In this paper,the characteristics of Ryukyu tea culture will be investigated and analyzed according to the book "Tea and Ryukyu Man"(new book of Iwanami,2018,hereinafter referred to as the book of Takei).This paper mainly outlines the concept of tea ceremony,the formation of Chinese tea culture and its spread to Japan,and the formation,development and characteristics of Japanese tea ceremony.In addition,the history of tea drinking,mainly through the Ryukyu tea ceremony history,types,inflow mode of discussion,to investigate the origin of Ryukyu tea,the development process.At the same time,the influence of Chinese tea culture on Ryukyu was investigated.The tea culture in Ryukyu was investigated with the focus on the etiquette,etiquette,tea utensils and tea aesthetics.,especially tea culture.In modern Ryukyu,the tea culture of China and Japan was absorbed,and the tea ware and tea made in China were integrated,which became the custom of independent verification.By importing tea as one of the main trading products in modern times,as well as tea produced in China,Ryukyu has such activity in the marginal areas of China and Japan,which is an indispensable part of Ryukyu’s life and culture.Such a multi-layered tea culture in Ryukyu played an important role in the direction of life and culture in modern Ryukyu,and helped to form a unique culture. |
