Geisha,also known as entertainer,is a special profession unique to modern Japan and passed down from the Edo period to the present.Together with sumo and tea ceremony,it is known as the carrier of Japanese traditional culture.Geisha's costumes and makeup are deeply immersed in the colors of Japanese traditional culture and are engraved with the development of Japanese history and civilization.Through the study of their artistic expressions,the differences between Chinese and Japanese geisha cultures can be compared from many aspects.In order to further explore the differences between the two countries' clothing culture.And we can find the shadow of the development of Japanese clothing culture from the geisha,the spark of the collision between traditional and modern aesthetics,and the development direction of jewelry culture that is similar to but different from ours.There are many things that we can learn from in the development of Japanese jewelry culture.Therefore,we choose to use all the entry points of geisha costumes to study the differences in cultural concepts of Chinese and Japanese costumes,so as to provide reference for my country's modern jewelry modeling,aesthetics,and processing.Looking for a new direction of development.First of all,an introduction to Japanese geisha,involving the formation and development of the profession,basic characteristics,makeup and costume characteristics of geisha.This leads to a contrast between Chinese and Japanese geisha cultures.Chinese geishas can be roughly summarized as brothel women,who evolved from female music,while Japanese geishas were born in the Edo period under the impetus of Tang culture.Both There are certain similarities in makeup and clothing,and the article discusses this.Secondly,Japan has been deeply influenced by China in the formation of traditional culture and aesthetics.In a way,China and Japan present two sides of Eastern culture,one is magnificent and the other is quiet and elegant.The costume culture of geisha of the two countries was compared through dress styles,colors,patterns and other aspects.Finally,to summarize the previous article,compare the differences in the cultural concepts of traditional Chinese and Japanese clothing,and list representative ancient Chinese and Japanese jewelry.Since ancient Japanese jewelry is dominated by headdresses,in order to make the comparison more intuitive,the Chinese hairpin is selected.,Hairpin,comb grate and Japanese comb,ji and hairpin,belt stay for analysis.Japanese traditional headdresses are influenced by Tang culture.They are similar in shape to Tang Dynasty jewelry,but they are quite different from traditional Chinese jewelry in materials,patterns,and decorative styles.The article analyzes the jewelry cultures of the two countries on this basis.Distinction and aesthetic differences.The research on the cultural differences between Chinese and Japanese jewellery brought out by geisha costumes can bring some new enlightenment to our country's modern jewellery design.
