| With coal demand increase in the "The 13th Five-Year Plan ",coal equipment manufacturing industry is developing rapidly.In order to meet market needs of domestic and international,coal machine manufacturers pay more and more attention to the quality of products.Quality is the life of the company and the source of development.A company development depends on customer satisfaction.To get a better satisfaction of customer,quality improvement is an important guarantee.Facing new requirements on energy revolution and development innovation,coal machine manufacturers need to improve quality system constantly.Meanwhile,coal machine manufacturers need to improve stability and reliability of product quality and promote the competitiveness of products.Then they can get an impregnable position in the market competition.Based on the thin coal mining machine of SY Company for the enterprise actual cases,the quality of fault data collected from the market feedback,analysis present status of product quality.Through the causal analysis diagram find out the product quality in aspects of problems,with the use of quality management tools improve to quality improvement.With total quality management and six sigma improvement as a theoretical basis,the quality of the seven steps and the five methods of quality management used to improve to the thin coal seam mining machine of SY quality fault.First of all,the survey data are sorted of the Primary and Secondary by the Pareto approach.Secondly,the use of Fish Bones Analysis found in the procurement of materials and outsourcing parts,production processes quality inspection of these three aspects of quality problems.Finally,the PDCA Management Cycle method was used for quality improvement.In view of the above three aspects of the quality improvement program design,and proposed for quality of each specific quality improvement measures,the initial results were significant.In this paper,process of research can improve effectively thin coal mining machine of SY Company product quality performance and reduce product failure rate,and promotes product a certain economic value.So as to coal machine manufacturing related products for guidance and reference value.To the research ideas and methods of same industry enterprise,how to effectively implement the product quality improvement has a certain reference value. |
