Along with increasingly intense competition in the global market,and the pressure of the domestic economic downturn,food industry as one of the biggest industries of world,become more and more competitive also,foods has been long out of the simple position to ensure people’s survival needs during this socialist market economic time,people pursuit more scientific,nutritional and safe diet rather than eating enough.It’s saying that people are the foundation of nation,foods are the essential of people and safety is priority of food,so people’s lives can’t be separated from food,food quality and safety can’t be separated too.Therefore,how to strengthen the management of food safety and quality,monitoring the safety has become an urgent task,quote from government work report 2017,to launch the movements of improving quality,strengthening the control of management,and build the competition mechanism of survival of the fittest,to forge more world-famous Chinese brands,and promote China economy enter the generation of high quality.It’s shows that enterprises must capture the method to enhance the abilities of foods safety and developing sustainable.The main contents of this paper include,first chapter,the background and significance of this study,expounds the research background and the practical effect to the enterprise.Secondly it described research methods and the thesis contents in detail,shows the main framework of this paper,in order to facilitate the reader to understand and grasp the overall survey of this paper.The second chapter introduces the concept and system of quality management,introduces the theories and methods of quality management in most food enterprises detailly,in order to make reader to be able to understand quality management system more efficiently,and to understand the methods which this paper applied,such as TQM,HACCP quality management system.The third chapter has introduced LH company briefly,described present situation and problems of LH company at the same time,then,made specific and comprehensive analysis of that.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the current development of LH food quality management,and the apply relevant theories to settle the improvement program,this is the important chapter of this paper.The fifth chapter introduces some safeguard measure to make improvement program conducting smooth and tight.Including organizational safeguard,institutional and technical support,technical support,and etc.The sixth chapter has analysis comprehensively by comparing the data of actual operating condition of LH company,compared by the number of customer complaints of product qualitybefore and after,and the enhancement of food safety.As a result,to reach a conclusion of this paper,and think forward to further improvement.This article has carried on the deep analysis through to the LH food company’s quality management present situation,carding problems existing in LH company,Including managers’ thin awareness of quality management,backward quality management system,unreasonable setting of departments,uncomprehensive staff training,customer complaints,irrational employee incentive assessment,unstable product quality,lack of necessary quality management atmosphere and other issues.establishment of total quality management through the HACCP system.To establish a series of measures for quality management of LH company from the source control,production and processing,the final product,through the improvement of the quality management of LH company,it can be used as a reference for the quality management by other small and medium-sized enterprises.
