Study On The Coke Quality Improvement Of Xishan Coking Company Considering The Requirement Of Blast Furnace In Jingtang Company

In recent years,with the steel demand increases quickly the demand of coke also increase,drive the coke industry fast development,the rapid expansion of production capacity,domestic coke market competition.Coking industry development and progress so obviously,but still exist industries with excess capacity,high production cost,low product quality problems.Especially with the development of large-scale blast furnace and smelting technology,the steel industry has higher requirement on the quality of coke,which requires the coking enterprises continuously improve the quality of coke products,to meet the requirements of blast furnace smelting of coke quality.Therefore,Xishan coking company will comprehensively improve the quality of coke,meet the needs of the Jing tang company 5500 m3 super large blast furnace.In order to improve the quality of Xishan coking coke,which can meet the Jingtang 5500 m3 extra large BF production needs as the background,this paper mainly carried out the following work:(1)According to the requirements of quality index of coke in blast furnace of Xishan Jingtang coking company,the coke quality is analyzed,using the chart to find out the current coke quality to meet the requirement of blast furnace main reason not Jingtang;then from the two aspects of coal blending and coking process procedures were used to present Xishan coking company of coke production the problems in the process of causal analysis and arrangement analysis.(2)According to the analysis of the existing coal blending process and coking process,respectively from the raw coal quality,coal yard management,breaking the temperature control process,coke oven and coking time straight set several links and put forward the corresponding quality improvement plan;and quality improvement programs through the PDCA cycle applied to the actual production of coke,make the adjustment of the deficiencies found during the implementation of timely improvement plan;(3)Record analysis to improve the quality indexes of coke production after the implementation of the program,compared with the implementation of the requirements of blast furnace coke quality Jingtang index and the improvement scheme,using x-R control to evaluate the improvement of the implementation effect diagram.
