Research On Pork Traceability System Based On QR Code

In recent years,the living standards of the people of our country have continuously improved.People are paying more and more attention to the issue of food safety.From the previous requirement of "full-eating" to "well-living",the issue of food quality and safety has been tested as well.The frequent and various accidents of food safety not only bring great trouble to people's lives,but also has a profound influence on the economic construction and social stability.China is a great producer and consumer of pork,this paper is going to analyze the aspects of China's pork from aquaculture to sales,the existence of imperfect management system,complicated pig disease and the existence of abuse of illicit drugs,etc.are analyzed.As a result,safety problems in pork cannot be effectively traced to a source.Based on present situation,the Establishing trace-ability system of whole supply chain is an important way to solve the problem of pork safety.This study takes Caidinglongrui market of Shaxi town in Zhongshan for example,so as to develop an effective mechanism for traceability of pork in farmers' market and establish a trace-ability system based on two-dimensional code,which can also provide reference for other industries.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)In the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign pork industry,it is found that the current pig breeding,slaughter and segmentation,logistics and sales are lack of perfect supervision measures.There is no information association and intercommunication between each link,and some unidentified sources of pork flowed into the market,which seriously damages the health of the consumers.(2)In the paper,the usage of Zhongshan's existing food traceability system is analyzed via its comparative study between principle approach and practical technology at home and abroad.In Longrui Market,as one of demonstration sites using the system,information technology is adopted to regulate a whole pork;and traceability information of the whole production,disclosed to all cel phone users,is integrated with the system.(3)To ensure the unmistakable storage and transmission,based on the construction of the pork traceability system platform,the two-dimensional code identification technology was used as the information carrier for the whole process of pork.The key techno logy of the encoding and decoding of the two-dimensional code is explored to realize the whole life cycle of pork,which ensures that the traceability information of the pork in the producing process is accurate.(4)The characteristics of each factor of the traceability system was analyzed,and add auxiliary functions to optimize the pork system on the basis of realizing the basic traceability function.For example: all the trace information collection process was added to location verification function;Real-time comparison of the purchase records and actual sales of market merchants.If the consumer queries the source information,the local and online query methods will be combined to improve the user experience;the JSON data format was interacted between the client and the server;encrypting the data with an asymmetric reversible algorithm.In this paper,it established a traceability information system for pork based on the two-dimensional code from the three aspects including farmers' market environment,technology,and economy,which not only ensured the real time,efficiency,safety,and data continuity of the entire production process and information collection,but also improved the supervision and management of pork quality,and provided a realistic reference for Longrui market to fully promote the trace-ability system.
