China is the world’s pork producer, pork consumption is also among the forefront of the world. But in the past two years frequently some pork products safety incidents, one is seriously affecting the health and safety of our people, was shaken at the same time the broad masses of the people’s confidence in the safety of meat food to buy, which resulted in the loss of China’s pork market from stable to unstable, and give the meat products production, processing and sales industry brought huge losses and its subsequent impact is difficult to estimate. For the stability of national life, healthy body, change people on the safety of pork products in negative views, to promote the industry’s sustained and healthy development, implementation of pork traceability management is an effective means to solve the problem.This paper summarized the domestic and foreign research status, introduced the food traceability concept and the management mode of pork product supply chain. The main work of this paper is back on the whole system of detailed needs analysis, the four stages of pork products throughout the supply chain is divided into production breeding, slaughtering, processing, distribution, transportation, sale and consumption. Based on the above analysis, the traceability system is divided into the above description of four sub modules, for every function module corresponding design product information input, query, modify and traceability, final completion dates back to the overall design of the system, realize the safety of pork products and traceability of target. In order to realize the accurate traceability of the whole system, the design and application of the code plays a decisive role, so far, this paper also did some work on the design of the code. Finally, the system to aquaculture production stage of products storage information input and consumption of meat products traceability information query the two functions, for example, in detailed design at the same time, the concrete realization of the two core modules, and on whether the operation test normal.The core module of the system test of the pork products traceability, system operation normal, reached the safety of pork products traceability system overall design requirements, to achieve the goal of building a safe pork traceability system.
