Research On Pork Traceability System Based On Blockchain

With the development of China’s economy,people began to pay more attention to the quality and safety of pork products.The safety of pork products needs to be maintained by all participants in the pork supply chain and supervised by government agencies.Any failure in the pork traceability process may lead to problems with the quality of the pork.At present,most pork traceability systems are controlled by a single enterprise,resulting in the centralization of pork traceability data,which is easy to be tampered with,attacked by hackers or lost due to other force majeure factors.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of data cannot be tampered with,which provides an opportunity to solve the above problems.According to the current development status of pork traceability system and its existing problems,as well as the current development trend of blockchain technology,this paper establishes a pork traceability system based on blockchain technology.In view of the above mentioned problems,this paper needs to carry out the following work:(1)Analyzing the problems in the operation of the current pork traceability system,including the data collection and data entry of each link in the pork supply chain,as well as the centralization of the pork traceability system,which is easy to cause artificial data tampering or other uncontrollable factors,making the traceability data untrue and incomplete.(2)The Internet of Things technology used in the current pork traceability system and the development trend of the current blockchain technology were introduced,and the characteristics of the current blockchain technology were deeply studied.(3)A pork traceability design scheme based on alliance chain was designed.Firstly,the pork traceability process was analyzed and a traceability process scheme based on blockchain was designed.Then,the pork traceability system architecture based on blockchain was proposed and the specific implementation method of the traceability system architecture was explained.(4)A model based on the characteristic fusion of the temperature data of pork cold chain logistics was proposed to improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the ambient temperature of the transport box and ensure the accuracy of the collected temperature.(5)According to the aforementioned Blockchain-based pork traceability design scheme,a Blockchain-based pork traceability system was developed,and the developed system was deployed and tested.
