This paper has the research of staff motivation countermeasures system based on Maslow's needs,fully embodies the idea of people-oriented,reflects that the company focus on the synchronous value of personal development and business development,so that workers on this platform enables the self-worth of Maslow's highest level.This paper had analysis and investigate of employee incentive of countermeasures for Liaohe Oil jin Hui Industrial Co.,Ltd,and in the base of large number of relevant employees incentives reading literature and comprehensive analysis of the company's existing employee incentive scheme,and put forward perfect proposal and propose solutions against the problems and the shortcomings of employees incentives,combined with fieldwork situation,and employ annual salary and benefits for unreasonable compensation and benefits of management,and employ reward salary and benefits for technical staff because that compensation could not be linked to the work ability,and adopt compensation,performance appraisal,training and welfare for serious salary egalitarianism,lack of relevance,imperfect performance appraisal system of skills operator to assisted enterprises to improve employee incentives and improve staff enthusiasm,initiative and creativity to improve enterprise management level and enhance their market competitiveness and sustainable development level.
