As China’s economy enters the new normal today,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Talents are an important resource for the development of enterprises and are closely related to the sustainable development of enterprises.In the process of enterprise human resource management,scientific and reasonable incentive measures can play an important role in stimulating employees’ enthusiasm for work and promoting the healthy development of enterprises,so it has attracted much attention.Based on this background,this paper takes A steel enterprise as the research object to discuss the optimization of employee incentive strategy in order to solve the weak competitiveness of human resources currently faced by the enterprise and provide corresponding reference for similar enterprises.Firstly,this paper fully understands the advanced incentive theo ries and strategies at home and abroad by means of literature collection and research,and then,through on-site interviews and surveys,it is able to grasp the operation status and incentive status of ABC steel co.,ltd.and collect employees’ attitudes towards the enterprise and their needs through questionnaire survey.Through the analysis,the problems of employee motivation in ABC steel enterprise and their causes are found.On the basis of the existing incentive strategy,this paper puts forward a new,targeted and practical incentive scheme,and formulates the corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme.In addition,the paper also evaluates the incentive scheme and the expected effect,so as to clarify the practical significance of the optimization scheme.Through the implementation of the new incentive system,A steel enterprise can solve the current problems faced by the enterprise,improve its operation efficiency,optimize its management,improve its competitiveness,meet the needs of employees,stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity,and provide more possibilities for their personal growth in the enterprise.The incentive system of A steel enterprise provides reference for the optimization of employee incentive scheme in traditional manufacturing enterprises and enrichees the practice of incentive theory in small and medium-sized private traditional enterprises. |
