Research On Development Strategy Of J Steel Structure Company

J Steel is a local state-owned company.After years of development,it has become the strongest steel structure enterprise in Yunnan.However,The rapid development of economy and society has brought the environment of rapid development of enterprises,But at the same time,the frequent introduction of relevant policies,the rapid change of technology and the increasingly fierce competition have brought various challenges to enterprises.The result is that all its financial indicators are not optimistic.As a branch of the construction industry,the profits of steel structure enterprises are low.If we continue to adopt the traditional "investment-profit-reinvestment" model,it will eventually lead to stuck in the trap of High revenue,high debt,high accounts receivable and low profit.in the face of a series of development problems,of steel structure company,J steel structure companies urgently need too formulate a development strategy to guide the enterprise to develop better and more healthily.In this dissertation,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the macroeconomic environment of J steel structure company,and carding with the internal development of the company,the present situation of the company is expounded.After that,SWOT model system was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and the combination of four elements was analyzed.Finally,the development strategy of excellent enterprises in the industry is analyzed.Through the analysis and comparison,searching for the direction of the development strategy of J steel structure company.At the end of the dissertation,On the premise of defining the company's mission and strategic objectives,the development strategy of J company is designed according to the various elements mentioned above.To ensure that the company avoids the trap of traditional development mode,it has further improved in terms of scale,asset liability ratio,profit,technology level and brand impact.Finally,this study also puts forward a series of measures to ensure the smooth advance of J Company's strategic planning.
