Research On Construction Of Safety Production Supervision Team In Dal-ate Banner

With the development of economy and society and the improvement of the level of civilization,people’s living standards have generally improved,workers’ demand for a healthy and safe working environment has become stronger and stronger,safe production has become a hot issue of widespread concern to the state and society.In recent years,China has been working hard to improve safety production laws and regulations,and to build a more stringent safety production supervision system,and the total number of production safety accidents has declined.However,various types of production safety accidents are still frequent,and some accidental property losses are fierce,causing adverse effects at home and abroad,and the task of safety production supervision is arduous.County-level safety production supervision institutions have an important role in linking up and down,and are the main force of safety production supervision.In order to effectively prevent and stop all kinds of production safety accidents,modernize the production safety management system and governance capacity,and strengthen the construction of safety production supervision team.It must be done.This paper takes the Dalat Banner of Ordos City(hereinafter referred to as “Dalat Banner”)as an example to study the construction of the safety production supervision team of Dalate Banner from the perspective of public management.Based on the government regulation theory,crisis management theory,quality ability theory and incentive theory,the paper uses the first-hand data obtained from the Dalat flag questionnaire to use the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to build the safety production supervision team of Dalate Banner.The problem analysis shows that the Dalat Banner safety production supervision team is insufficient,the professional level of the supervisors is low,the training is not in place,the work incentives are not sufficient,the law enforcement equipment is not complete,and the supervision information is lagging.In this regard,the author proposes the following countermeasures: First,enrich the supervision of production safety,increase departmental establishment,and introduce innovative talents;Second,strengthen the management of safety production supervisors and improve the quality of safety production supervisors;Pay attention to the protection of the rights and interests of safety production supervisors and enhance the initiative of the work;Fourth,solve law enforcement difficulties,purchase advanced law enforcement equipment,and strengthen information construction;Fifth,improve the safety production supervision mechanism,and implement equal rights and vertical management;Sixth,the introduction of external regulatory forces,strengthen cooperation with intermediaries,and encourage all people to participate in safety production supervision.
