Study On The Construction Of Safety Production Supervision Team In Gusu Distric

With the continuous improvement of the level of social and economic development,emerging industries are bursting out,and the demand for a safe production environment by workers is increasing.Production safety supervision has become increasingly important in government public management,and both the Party and the country attach great importance to production safety.However,in recent years,a series of major safety production accidents have caused huge casualties and property losses,which have had a negative impact on society,seriously affecting the credibility of the government and the sense of security of the people.The situation of social safety production is even more severe and complex.Grassroots safety production supervision is an important part of guarding the vast number of workers closest to the front line.Improving the level of grass roots safety production supervision is imminent,and strengthening the construction of grass roots safety production supervision team is the top priority.This article takes Gusu District of Suzhou City as the research object,and uses research methods such as literature research,questionnaires,and semi structured interviews to conduct research and analysis on the construction of safety production supervision teams in Gusu District.This article studies and analyzes the current situation of the construction of safety production supervision team in Gusu District from the following aspects:the basic situation of safety production supervision in Gusu District,the construction measures of safety production supervision team in Gusu District,and the effectiveness analysis.Through in-depth interviews and data analysis,this article further summarizes the current problems in the construction of the safety production supervision team in Gusu District from four aspects,namely,unclear functional division,insufficient professional supervision ability,insufficient team stability,and poor social service effectiveness.Subsequently,this article conducts a detailed study and analysis of the problems existing in the construction of the safety production supervision team in Gusu District,and analyzes the reasons for their occurrence,including the lag in the functional division system,the lag in the capacity building system,the lag in the incentive assessment system,and the lag in the diversified management evaluation system.Finally,this article explores and studies the experience and measures of the construction of safety production supervision teams in other regions,summarizes their reference significance,and proposes four suggestions based on the actual situation of the construction of safety production supervision teams in Gusu District,including improving the collaborative division of labor system,strengthening the construction of professional ability,optimizing the incentive and assessment system,and promoting the integration of social services.The research in this article shows that there is a certain degree of objectivity in the construction of safety production supervision teams,and the construction effectiveness has a direct causal relationship with the division of functions,capacity building,incentive mechanisms,and multiple governance systems.
