Study On Government Supervision And Optimization Of Building Safety

The supervision of safety production in the construction field is an important part of the safety production management in our country,which plays a significant role in promoting and stimulating the overall level of safety production in our country,and from the whole,there are still many defects in the supervision system of safety production in China.The Construction Administrative Department and the Safety Management Organization are responsible for the industry safety production supervision responsibility and face the pressure,and the safety supervision system also needs conducting some further optimization and improvement in the unceasing actual work,so,this article,through the reference of domestic and foreign literatures and the project supervisory experience,used the contrast analysis method,compared the domestic and foreign supervisory system,through the example analysis,it put forward the problems existing in our country’s supervisory system and the suggestion of the supervision system optimization.1.I referred to the relevant literature,analysis of the United Kingdom,the United States,Germany and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China’s construction project safety supervision and management mode.From a number of aspects and China’s current supervision mode of production safety in contrast,the paper put forward the domestic and foreign regulatory model of the differences and the existing problems.2.The supervision and management of the construction unit has been a relatively weak link in our country’s supervisory system,so this paper discussed the importance of the safety management system of the construction unit,analyzed the present situation of the construction of the construction unit,and pointed out the defects of the current supervision and management of the construction units.3.This paper took the existing county-level safety supervision station operating mechanism as an example,through the analysis of the existing supervision bodies,supervision means,supervision force,in-depth analysis of the specific problems in the regulatory system,from the legislative level,regulatory mechanisms,supervision,responsibility of the main responsibilities,safety education system and other aspects of the existing system,it proposed optimization recommendations.
