Study On Countermeasure For Safety Production Supervision In Nonpubliclyowned Enterprise In China

With the development of the socialist market economy, nonpublicly- owned economy is the most quick development economy forces and plays an increasing important role in the whole work safety. The problems of safety production supervision in nonpublicly- owned enterprises have been become a prominent contradiction in the present work safety and a topical subject, it restricts better changing in the national work safety level and is greatly hindered health development of nonpublicly- owned economy itself,it is a economy problem,and it is a serious society problem too.So,in order to change the status quo of safety production in nonpublicly- owned enterprises and cut down the number of safety production accidents,this article which starts with the study on countermeasure for safety production supervision in nonpublicly- owned enterprise in China and based on safety production supervision experience and lessons in some regions in China,will research the new train of thought and new model of government supervising safety production in nonpublicly- owned enterprise from the following aspects: Enhancing legal system construction of work safety; Perfecting government safety supervision structure; Set up safety production permission system; Pushing reform of safety production supervision marketable professional socialization.This article hopes to have a useful exploration on scientific effective safety production supervision,contain serious and extraordinary safety production accidents and set up safety production enduring effect mechanism through studying contrasting and summarization.
