The associated gas transporting and processing system in Daqing oilfield has some problems such as processing unit shutdown accident and the imperfect regulation of gas pipe network.When working condition changes,the operation scheme needs to be updated in time.If the processing capacity of a processing station can not match the requirement,it may lead to associated gas venting.Based on the problems existing in gas transporting and processing system,an optimal scheme model of the gas pipeline network has been established.The model is solved to make optimal operation schemes for shutdown condition of processing units.Then the software for optimizing operation scheme is developed.A simulation model is established to validate the hydraulic feasibility of the schemes through PipePhase software.For some shutdown conditions in which gas venting cannot be avoided,the paper calculates the pipeline network repair time with consideration of pipelines storage capacity.Finally an improved operational scheme of gas transporting and processing system is given,which can induce venting amount.In the optimal scheme model,the objective function is to minimize venting amount.Based on the topological distribution and the specifications of gas pipeline network,the gas gathering operation parameters such as processing capacity of units,flow direction and flow rate are chosen for decision variable,and different constraint conditions are considered.The optimal schemes can rationalize flow rate distribution reasonable,and minimize venting amount.The pressurized and unpressurized operation methods are optimized by hydraulic simulation model,and unnecessary energy consumption is avoided.Finally the paper calculates storage capacity and allowed repair time of the pipeline network,and reformation plan of pipeline network are put forward to induce venting amount.This project has been applied to the gas transporting and processing system for daily operation.
