The construction and development of intelligent oil fields put forward higher requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction,and the optimization of the ground gathering and transportation system of oilfields is progressing in the direction of multi-system collaborative optimization.The parameter optimization of the oilfield ground gathering and transportation system is essentially a complex and mixed optimization problem that is affected by the produced fluid parameters,that requires to meet the development needs of the oilfield storage,and that comprehensively concerns the energy consumption of the surface and underground processes.Previous researches are mostly limited to a single gathering and transportation system,and the optimization methods employed also have the disadvantage of lack of ability in all-round solution.Therefore,the obtained solution is likely to be a local rather than an allround optimal solution,causing such problems as constant adjustment,transformation and high production cost in the subsequent production process of ground gathering and transportation system.Based on the in-depth analysis and research of the ground gathering and transportation system of oilfields,this paper aims to combine the underground oil reservoir with the ground gathering and transportation system,to carry out the research on the operation optimization of the oilfield surface gathering and transportation system based on the cooperative water injection development program,and to construct the collaborative optimization model and intelligent solution method to realize the collaborative optimization design of the operating parameters of the gathering and transportation system and the water injection development plan.The thesis mainly discusses from the following aspects:Firstly,the composition structure,hierarchical relationship and technological process of the water injection,oil production,gathering and transportation systems in the oilfield are studied in depth,and the double-pipe hot water mixing technological process in the gathering and transportation system is analyzed in detail.On this basis,according to the oilfield water injection development method,combined with the node parameter calculation method,this paper takes the common double pipe hot water mixing process in the oil field as an example,provides the double pipe water mixing gathering and transportation process calculation method,oil reservoir numerical simulation method,and process calculation method for oil production and water injection system,and forms the simulation calculation method of the ground and underground process flow of the oil field.Secondly,based on the simulation calculation method of the oilfield ground and underground process flow,this paper combines the oilfield ground gathering and transportation system and the oil reservoir system as well as the involved water injection and oil production systems to carry out the collaborative optimization model study of the water injection of oil reservoir development and the ground gathering and transportation system production plan,and to consider in an overall manner the factors affecting the production and operation of the ground gathering and transportation system.In this paper,water injection volume,liquid volume,water mixing volume,and hot water outlet temperature of the transfer station are used as decision variables.The flow,pressure,temperature and flow characteristics in each system are used as constraint.Combining the evaluation function method with the minimization of the unit oil energy consumption value as the optimization goal,an optimization model of the dual-pipe water-blended water gathering and transportation system for the collaborative oil reservoir development program is established.Finally,the research on the optimization of the oilfield ground gathering and transportation system of the collaborative water injection development program is a relatively complex hybrid optimization design problem covering multi-system influences,multi-objectives,and high nonlinearity.It is difficult to obtain satisfactory results using traditional solving methods.In response to this problem,this paper combines the advantages of gravitational search algorithm and genetic algorithm,establishes a hybrid genetic-gravitational search algorithm with better global search capabilities,and proves its convergence and effective numerical solution capabilities,and then a hybrid intelligent optimization solution method for solving the mathematical model of collaborative optimization is constructed.The optimization model and solution method in this paper are used to design the system of the ground gathering and transportation and water injection development plan for Block X of Daqing Oilfield.The optimization effect is more significant,and it provides an effective method for the optimization design of oilfield gathering and transportation system and the development of oilfield energy saving and consumption reduction.
