As the adjustment of production process in Nanyang Energy & Chemical Company,the fuel system is stopped.Separating wax from crude oil,the remaining intermediate materials should be mixed into Nanyang crude oil and transported by the Wei-Jing pipeline.The properties of mixed oil have changed greatly.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on transportation of mixed oil to ensure safe operation of the pipeline.Firstly,intermediate materials contain low and high viscosity components,the properties of each component are quite different,so it is difficult to mix evenly.In this paper,the conditions of uniform oil mixture are determined by the method of laboratory experiments,and the oil with no residue and uniform properties can be obtained by this mixing method.The properties of mixed oil with different proportions are tested.Secondly,based on properties of each mixed oil,the transportation schemes of the blank and additive crude oil in different seasons and quantities are formulated,and the economic evaluation of the transportation schemes are carried out.On the basis of the determined transmission plans,the safety shutdown time of Wei Jing line is calculated.In order to ensure that the pipeline can be safely started after the pipeline is stopped,the total line stop time in spring,autumn and winter should be controlled within 8 hours,and the safe stopping time in summer can be properly extended to 16 hours.Finally,microscopic observation and wax settlement prediction are done.Prove that the wax crystal does not settle during the safety shutdown time.The deposition laws of mixed oil in safe shutdown time are studied by using settlement device.Experiments show that the heavy components do not deposit,but properties at various levels have changed slightly.It is deduced that the reason of the weak change in physical properties of mixed oil are the sink of colloid and asphaltene.
