The Transporting Crude Oil Station Of Monitoring System Design

The automatic control system of the China-Myanmar crude oil pipeline project(Myanmar section)adopts the computer-centered full-line data acquisition and monitoring system,namely the SCADA system.The automatic control system will be able to monitor and manage all the pipelines in Myanmar and achieve the level of unattended operation.SCADA Station Control System(scs-station Control System)is set up in each technical Station of the pipeline,and rtu-remote Terminal Unit is set up in the monitoring valve room.SCADA system has the function of transferring pipeline data to the Beijing headquarters of Southeast Asia pipeline co.,LTD.Based on the design of monitoring system of ground station of China-Myanmar crude oil pipeline and combined with the demand of monitoring system of pump station,this paper carried out the design and study of control schemes of main equipment,such as pump unit and ESD safety instruments.The automatic control of the pipeline is realized by using RSLogix5000 software for configuration and by using the upper computer software system OASyS for display operation.The emphasis of this paper is to combine the genetic algorithm with the fuzzy control,and use the genetic algorithm to optimize the membership function and fusion in the fuzzy controller,and realize the good control of the pump unit system.The control system of SCADA station adopts AB control logix5563 controller to complete the tasks of data collection,data processing,storage and filing,control,fault processing,safety protection and alarm,etc.as well as the functions of tank area management,water hammer protection,oil pump operation optimization,oil pump fault diagnosis,instrument fault diagnosis and analysis.Remote monitoring valve room RTU adopts the controller of BB Control Wave Micro series,which collects signals such as pressure,cathodic protection,gas-liquid linkage valve,solar energy Control system,and receives orders from the center to complete the Control of valve room.
