One the count of coalbed methane resources development planning of QD block,combined with collected datum from upstream gas production engineering,the regional geographical conditions and characteristics of coalbed methane production,and through optimizing the collection and transmission of network and wellhead and station,this study determine a set of reasonable and appropriate designing program for coalbed methane gathering and transportation for QD block,achieving the goal of optimizing development and construction investment,saving energy consumption and improving economic efficiency.Specifically,this paper mainly accomplished the discussion as follow:Through the analysis of block geography environment,gas well location,gas quantity,gas composition and physical properties of the coalbed methane field,referring to the common coalbed methane gas field’s ground engineering gathering and transportation process and the relevant regulations of oil and gas gathering and transportation,and also the gas well field and the gathering pipeline project design,the network,gas gathering station and central processing station have been designed.As regard of the method of collecting pipeline network,three typical coalbed methane network schemes are proposed.Finally,through the scheme comparison and economic evaluation,the QD block coalbed methane ground gathering and transportation scheme is determined as “wellsite-collecting gas pipeline network-gas gathering station-central processing station-external transmission” process.The gathering and transportation design as a gas gathering station,a central processing station,124 straight wells in the block using the wellhead simple metering and separation device.The gas well through the well series and set The gas branch line is connected,and the collected coalbed methane is subjected to primary supercharging and dehydration in the gas gathering station,and then concentrated to the central processing station for gas pressurization,deep dehydration and decarburization of the coalbed methane,and after the purification standard is reached,the external pipeline is sent to the Qintai pipeline.The access port has completed the design of a series of processes such as wellhead separation and metering,centralized transportation,pressurization,decarburization,dehydration and metering for coalbed methane production.Taking the actual data of QD block coalbed methane gas field as an example,this paper designed a gas collection pipe network scheme,coalbed methane gas purification scheme of central processing station and equipment selection,and also carried out an appropriate program selection and economic evaluation.It provides relevant reference value and discussion basis for the design of similar coalbed methane gathering and transportation schemes.
