Study On School Uniform Customization For Middle School Students

School uniforms,which are regarded as the most lagging area of Chinese aesthetics and design promotion,became the hot topic of discussion at the time when Michelle’s visit to China in 2014,and also aroused the attention of domestic designers to the problem of students ’school uniforms.Various design competitions of school uniforms have been held actively to promote its design levels in almost every area,but the overall influence is not significant,the design and quality of school uniforms compared to other categories of garments is still a wide gap,so the study on promoting the design and production of school uniforms is still in the exploratory stage.This research takes the school uniforms as the research object,expounds the various functions of the school uniforms,compares and analyses the development and present situation of the school uniforms at home and abroad,and the characteristics of school uniforms from different countries,and finds out the unsolved problems of the domestic middle students ’school uniforms and the deficiency of cognition in the current social background.To point out the design principles and design points of school uniforms,to study and analyze the contemporary middle students ’ groups,parents and teachers respectively,and to analyze the demand points of the school uniforms according to the results of the survey;To research and practice the customization of school uniforms,and to interact and communicate with customers through the network to design 6-8 sets of school uniforms style,To take human body data of middle school students measurement and process figure data,To establish model library and discharge database in the use of Assyst software To test the production management system of school uniforms of Shaanxi Scarebode Garment Co.,Ltd.in the use of RFID technology.To complete the whole process of school uniforms customization.Finally,It evaluates the effect of practice and draws a conclusion.This research is based on the customization production management system of the school uniforms of Shaanxi Scarebode Garment Co.,Ltd.,The aim is to solve the problems existing in the middle school students ’ school uniforms,to guide the design ideas of the school uniforms,and improve the overall satisfaction of the middle students to the school uniforms,Moreover,school uniforms can play an active role in the development of overall quality of the middle students.Mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,the paper describes the functions of school uniforms,combines with the development process of school uniforms to study its design,to find out design principles and design points of the design dilemma of school uniforms through middle school students "ugly school uniforms".Secondly,For one thing,We can master the state of mind of middle students ’demand to school uniforms through the interview and investigation.For another thing,We can master the demand of school uniforms from the angle of parents and teachers through interviewing some parents and teachers too.Thirdly,To obtain the middle students body figure data and data processing in the use of human body measurement technology,to establish model database and layout database in the use of school uniforms customization production management system of Shaanxi Scarebode Garment Co.,Ltd.,to complete the whole school uniform process.Finally,the paper evaluates the operation and result of the whole process of school uniforms customization,and draws a conclusion based on the analysis and evaluation results.Look forward to the development of school uniform customization.Figure 64,52 results.Look forward to the development of school uniform customization.
