Research On Design Of High Density Knitwear School Uniform Based On Physiologicaland Psychological Characteristics Of Middle School Students

The school uniform bears the dual responsibility of the students’ educational and aesthetic functions,and the past school uniform design often ignores the importance of its aesthetic function.In recent years,with the increasing emphasis on the school uniforms in the country,various school uniform competitions have been held throughout the country to promote the development of the school uniform industry.However,the overall design level of school uniforms is still far from the fashion,and the school uniforms are even more backward.Most of the school uniforms are made of woven fabrics,and the design of the knitted uniforms with better comfort is almost blank.This topic takes the high-density knit uniforms of middle school students as the research object,and summarizes the physiological characteristics of middle school students through literature research.Through in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys of middle school students,the psychological development characteristics of middle school students and the psychological appeals of school uniforms are analyzed.Moderately loose and comfortable,mainly simple and generous;through the study of knitted school uniforms,it is proposed that the design of knitted uniforms should follow the principles of simplicity,coordination,fashion,comfort and labeling;from the outline and internal structure,etc.The aspects are optimized and designed to meet the students’ expectation of the beautiful and comfort of the uniform.According to the physiological characteristics of the male and female middle school students,the prototype pattern conforming to the shape structure of the middle school students is designed to provide a prototype reference for the design and development of the knitted school uniform.The color design is from The gender differentiation,labeling and safety of the school uniforms to analyze.In order to further improve the wearing comfort of the school uniforms,high-density cotton ammonia and wool polyester knitted fabrics were designed and manufactured,and the properties of air permeability,moisture permeability,wear resistance and elastic restoring force were tested.The results showed that high-density cotton ammonia and wool polyester knitted fabrics meet the requirements of knitted fabric uniforms.On the basis of analyzing the physiological and psychological characteristics of middle school students,combining with the design principles of knitted uniforms,using the knitted uniform design theory.High-density knit fabrics are used to make two series of uniformThe research of this subject shows that combining the physiological and psychological characteristics of middle school students and using high-density knitted fabrics for standard school uniform design is an effective way to improve the comfort of standard school uniforms.The high-density knit uniform can not only ensure the stylish and beautiful appearance of the uniform,but also improve the wear satisfaction of the students and help the company further develop the uniform market.
