| Middle school time is an important period for teenagers’ growth, during which they will be mainly wearing school uniform. However, due to the problems in school uniform’s design, structure and its safety issues, current social satisfaction towards school uniform is not high. Although there is a wide range of school uniform researches in China now, researches aiming at its structure and function are still insufficient. Therefore, this article studied the improvement of the trousers’ structure in school uniform from the perspective of sporting comfort.During research, 11 measurement position’s data of 1137 middle school students in Beijing were collected. This article used SPSS software to do descriptive analysis, correlation analysis as well as factor analysis, gathered the characters of middle school students’ bodies and found: there are differences in all chest, waist and buttocks’ data between boys and girls, in addition, the proportion of their arms and legs are also different. But they still possess children’s body character of bulging belly because they are still growing. As a result, current China school uniform’s standard size system doesn’t apply to middle school uniform.By using clustering analysis and taking chest, waist and buttocks’ differences data, this article divided body sizes into three kinds: M, N, P. Then by calculating different sizes’ Intermediate values and controlled positions’ variation, this article designed middle school uniform’s size series, provided reference for school uniform size’s designing.In the meantime, according to students’ characters in doing sports, this article did experiment in measuring skin surface of the lower extremity, proposed theoretical foundation of loose and the trousers samples for boys and girls in different body sizes. Though matching important factors, doing dressing experiments and giving evaluation, this article established comfortable and pretty sports school uniform trousers’ paper model. |
