At present,environmental degradation is a severe test faced by the whole world.In China,a wide range of haze is the most intuitive manifestation of the environmental degradation.it is closely related with China's energy consumption structure.Coal plays a dominant role in the energy structure of China,The particulate matter produced by coal combustion in the process of industrial production is the main contributor to PM2.5.Wuhan is the largest industrial city in central China,and industry is the pillar of its economy.In the industrial energy consumption structure of Wuhan,the high proportion of coal is the characteristic of the structure.As a low-carbon city pilot,in order to avoid the high energy consumption and high emission,Wuhan must optimize the energy structure and reduce the coal consumption.In this paper,data from survey is used to analyze the industrial energy structure of Wuhan in 12 th Five-Year and the current situation of coal consumption in different industries.Through analysis,we can see that the consumption of coal in the three major industries,electricity,cement and steel,accounts for 90% of the total coal consumption.On the basis of the data obtained from the survey,the scenario analysis method is used to set up two scenarios,the benchmark scenario and the coal control scenario.The Markoff model is used to predict the baseline scenario,while the LEAP model is used to predict coal control scenarios by using ecological red line as constraint condition.Thus,we get "13th Five-Year" industrial energy structure and coal demand in Wuhan under the two scenarios.Based on the analysis,the coal control target is obtained,and such target is disassembled and assigned into various industries in the industry.Taking the typical enterprises in various industries in Wuhan as an example,the coal control measures in various industries are studied.According to the research,during the "13th Five-Year" Wuhan city coal saving potential,we can take a series of coal reduction,clean and alternative measures to reduce coal consumption and to achieve double target of economic trillion doubling and carbon emissions to peak.
