| Coal industry plays an important strategic role in China’s national economy.It accounts for over 70% of the primary energy structure.In view of the important strategic position of coal in the national economy and a series of outstanding problems that exist at present,in order to further promote the sustainable development of the coal industry,the state vigorously promotes the measures for the integration of coal resources.In this paper,the material classification method and supply control strategy of coal enterprises under the background of resource integration are studied.With the promotion of resource integration in the coal industry,the main body of mine and coal mine is generally reduced.The number of coal mines in charge of the material management department of the integrated main enterprise is increasing,and no longer concentrated in a certain province or region.The scale of mine production has been greatly improved,and the organization,production capacity,supply capacity and use of the coal mine are used.Great changes have taken place in equipment and so on.In addition,due to the small size of the original distribution center before the resource integration and unreasonable layout of the reservoir area,the difficulty of distribution of enterprise materials will be increased and the cost will be increased.The original material inventory management system in the main enterprise can not meet the needs of the distribution of logistics nodes,capacity,information system,quick response and service ability.Inventory management of materials plays an important role in the cost management of enterprises.For coal enterprises,their huge material types,complex inventory management structure and difficult use conditions have brought great challenges to the material management.On the basis of the analysis and study of the current situation and current situation of the coal enterprises under the new situation and the new policy,this paper puts forward the overall inventory optimization idea of "improved classification method matching management strategy,supply control optimization".Firstly,the factors affecting the classification of mineral materials are analyzed,and the main factors are selected to establish the classification index system.A new method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to divide the coal mine materials into three different grades.Then,in view of the three level inventory characteristics of coal enterprises after resource integration,the distributed inventory supply control strategy is introduced,and the supply strategy composed of two models of centralized order and mutual transfer is established,which can be used in the inventory management of coal and regional logistics centers,regional logistics centers and the group supply department.The algorithm is used to solve the inventory model and determine the optimal inventory control plan.Finally,a case study of a coal enterprise is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the method and model. |
