The year-on-year increase in urban domestic waste production and the demand for harmless waste disposal have prompted China to vigorously promote waste incineration power generation projects.The waste incineration power generation treatment technology can not only reduce the waste and land occupation by landfill,but also effectively realize the resource utilization and harmlessness of waste,which contribute to alleviating the pressure of garbage disposal in China.However,compared with the rapid increase in the installed capacity of waste incineration power generation,the management of the waste incineration power generation industry is still not perfect,lacking effective supervision mechanisms and overall planning.The design and processing capacity of some incineration power generation projects is far higher than the local waste production,resulting in insufficient supply.Even some waste incineration power plants have adopted incineration treatment measures for recyclable garbage in order to obtain high waste treatment subsidies,which seriously hindered healthy development of the waste incineration power generation industry.The reason for the above problems is the lack of corresponding supervision on the quantity and type of garbage sent to the waste incineration power plant.This paper attempts to optimize the raw material supply route of waste incineration power plant from the perspective of raw material supply.Seeking scientific supply route for raw materials for waste incineration power plants,and optimizing the supply route from the perspective of cost control to reduce the operation risk of project and promote the development of industry norms.This paper firstly reviews the relevant research status of waste treatment and the theory of raw material supply at home and abroad,which provides a theoretical basis for the later research.Secondly,this paper analyzes the operation mode of waste incineration power plants.In view of the fact that the raw material supply route of the waste incineration power plant is different from nor the general supply of biomass raw materials and the simple garbage collection and transportation process,the relevant factors affecting the raw material supply route of the waste incineration power plant are analyzed.Considering the value requirements and the impact of the amount of waste disposal on the incineration power plant,the optimal supply path based on the dual objectives of "quality" and "quantity" of waste is proposed,and the two-stage supply from the waste source to the waste transfer station to the waste incineration power plant is adopted.Then optimize the various links of the supply path,and use the genetic algorithm to plan the garbage collection route with the shortest destination of the garbage source.Based on economic considerations,the immune genetic algorithm is used to select the secondary transfer station site to improve waste transfer efficiency;After that,considering the transshipment capacity of the garbage transfer station and the garbage disposal capacity of the waste incineration power plant,the allocation of waste quantity is optimally distributed to guarantee the garbage supply of the waste incineration power plant and avoid the overload operation of the power plant.Finally,this paper takes Beijing as the example,the raw material supply route of the municipal waste incineration power plant was optimized,and the feasibility of the model was verified.This paper mainly carries out innovative research from the following two aspects.First of all,this paper combines the theory of raw material supply with waste transportation,determines the raw material supply route for waste incineration power plants,and uses the raw material supply route from garbage source to garbage transfer station to waste incineration power plant to help waste sorting and the conduction of waste treatment supervision work;Secondly,this paper optimizes the raw material supply path of waste incineration power plant,uses genetic algorithm to route the garbage collection process,adopts immune genetic algorithm to optimize the site selection of garbage transfer station,and adopts linear programming to calculate the amount of garbage supply and distribution.Through the above research,the quantity and quality of raw materials supplied to the waste incineration power plant can be effectively ensured,thereby providing a guarantee for the healthy development of the industry.
