| The global warming caused by greenhouse gases has become a hot issue for research at home and abroad, and China has proposed a "double carbon" policy in 2020.The main direction of current research by scholars focuses on the carbon footprint of the ship operation process, but less research is conducted on the construction process. The research in this thesis can help to effectively control the carbon footprint of the ship manufacturing process, and is also conducive to the green transformation of the ship throughout its life cycle. Therefore, this thesis conducts research on the shipbuilding supply chain based on carbon footprint, which provides theoretical support and practice for the green development of the shipbuilding industry and has important practical significance for enterprises to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, and at the same time can improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the supply chain of shipbuilding enterprises, there are problems of short chains,a large number of components, high complexity and high uncertainty. In the shipyard procurement process, suppliers provide production raw materials directly to the shipyard without any other intermediate links. However, the complex and diverse structure of shipbuilding products and the large differences in demand make the supply chain management of shipbuilding enterprises more challenging and data collection more difficult,so there is little research on the carbon footprint of the shipbuilding supply chain in China at present. This thesis takes the shipbuilding supply chain as the research object, based on field research and relevant concepts and theoretical foundations.Firstly, the concepts of shipbuilding supply chain and carbon footprint related theories are explained.Based on the situation of the participating subjects in the shipbuilding supply chain, the carbon footprint measurement boundary of the shipbuilding supply chain is analysed by applying the input-output analysis method and the whole life cycle evaluation theory, and the carbon footprint measurement model of the shipbuilding supply chain is established. Then,an objective model of the total cost and carbon footprint of the shipbuilding supply chain is established based on the carbon footprint, and the concept of carbon tax is introduced and transformed into a single objective function. Finally,an empirical analysis was carried out to solve the optimal solution using genetic algorithm, and a sensitivity analysis was conducted on the results. Finally,by combining specific case studies,we can learn that the distribution of the carbon footprint of the shipbuilding supply chain is mainly in the manufacturing chain, while the logistics and transportation chain carbon footprint ranks second and is not easy to ignore.By optimising the decision variables, both the supply chain cost and carbon footprint are reduced to a certain extent, and the carbon footprint is reduced more than the cost, which verifies the validity of the model. From the perspective of the enterprises themselves and the government, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the areas of production process optimisation, intelligent management of the whole logistics process, development of reverse logistics, construction of intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, creation of collaborative mechanisms and government support and promotion. |
