In recent years,with the gradual deepening of the supply-side reform of the coal industry and the exit of backward production capacity,the coal price has increased significantly and the profits of the industry have been greatly increased.The coal industry has gradually come out of the trough.Through the overall reshuffle and restructuring of the industry,some large state-owned coal enterprises have become more stable in the market.Yuzhou mining company Danhou mine as a state-owned modern coal production enterprises,is in a critical period of development,institutional reform and transition how to adapt to the new changes of coal industry,consolidate its location advantage,solve the tube technicians,erosion and work enthusiasm is not high,is particularly important.Based on the Yuzhou mining company Danhou mine tube technical personnel as the research object,tube technical staff salary satisfaction as the research content,through literature research,questionnaire investigation and the use of comparative analysis and other methods,find out the tube technical personnel salary satisfaction of the main problems and the deep level reason,and targeted improvement scheme is put forward.Firstly,the research background and significance are briefly introduced,the research status at home and abroad is systematically reviewed,the research contents and methods are determined,and the specific technology roadmap is given.In addition,the theories related to salary satisfaction are introduced in detail to lay a theoretical foundation for the next research.Secondly,this paper summarizes the basic situation,personnel situation and salary status of Danhou mine in Yuzhou mining company,and conducts a questionnaire survey and data analysis on the salary satisfaction of management technicians in Danhou mine,from which the main problems and deep-seated reasons are found.Thirdly,combined with the existing main problems and causes,the paper puts forward specific improvement Suggestions from the aspects of the improvement principle of the salary satisfaction of the management and technical personnel,the development of the post evaluation,the optimization of the salary structure,the improvement of the salary system and the compensation adjustment mechanism.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the improvement measures,combined with the reality of the Danhou mine,the author puts forward 10 specific safeguard measures in three aspects: organizational safeguard,mechanism safeguard and atmosphere safeguard.
