Under the pressure of increasingly market competition,many companies introduce Lean to improve their manufacture effectiveness.By browsing literatures it is known that compared with company’s middle & high level employees,front-line operators showed less interest to accept or use Lean.Researching on how to analyze and solve this problem is one of the directions of Lean study.This paper takes A company as example to mainly study the dilemma of its front-line Lean management,conduct root cause analysis through the model of question-analysis-decision and finally raise the solution accordingly: operator-friendly Lean production management by simplifying standardized front-line Lean into tool-like modules.Creative simulated factory merged with standardized front-line Lean into its process is introduced to help operators understand and master Lean.The operators could positively use standardized Lean modules during running the simulated factory and the factory effectiveness is increased significantly.It is proved that the researching of A company’s standardizing front–line LEAN management is preliminarily successful,and is valuable be extended.
