Research Onthe EO/EG Product Quality Management In A Company

Beijing East chemical plant(hereinafter referred to as A company)is the largest and most varieties,quality of the best products of acrylic acid and esters in the production,research and development enterprises.In order to meet the different needs of all levels of the market,a company in product quality management of increasing investment,through the product process improvement,quality process efficiency and other measures,for the long-term development of the company and the solid foundation.This article analyzes the status of quality management in the workshop of a company EO\EG products production based on the field survey analysis and summarizes the status of a company EO\EG product comprehensive quality management,and try to anatomy the existing problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures.In view of the existing problems,and puts forward the improvement suggestions for a company EO\EG product comprehensive quality management and specific measures,and combined with the actual situation of the implementation,the focus is to improve the awareness of total quality management,effectively quality management improvement activities,strengthen talent team and the quality of enterprise culture construction,give full play to the role of the rest of the auxiliary management tools,all company person promotion of TQM(total quality management)application.Finally,through the investigation of product quality defect rate and customer satisfaction survey and the target of the production process,the effect of EO\EG product quality improvement measures was analyzed.Through the combination of theory and practice,A company in the EO\EG product quality management application research has been a breakthrough and improvement,and achieved the management efficiency and economic efficiency of two-way upgrade.For some of the ideas and measures proposed by the author,it is of practical significance to help Chinese chemical enterprises to gain a certain competitive advantage in the era of globalization of enterprises in such a competition.
