Application And Exploration Of Cost And Cash Flow Management Method In Air Separation Project

The theory of cost management and cash flow management has become a very mature management subject after years of development abroad.After the reform and opening up,the domestic cost and cash flow management theory has also been greatly developed,and has made outstanding contributions to the development of various enterprises.However,because of the characteristics of large investment amount,long execution period and strong monopoly of technology,the design project of air separation project has some limitations in the application of the current theory of cost and cash flow management.It is necessary to further improve the theory and method of management so that cost and cash flow management can truly serve the project and become a powerful basis for project managers to make decisions.Based on the author's practical engineering work experience,this paper studies and analyzes the related theories of cost management and cash flow management at home and abroad,and combines them with practical cases.This paper summarizes the main problems of cost and cash flow in the design project management of air separation engineering,discusses and analyzes these problems,and finally puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.This paper is divided into five parts,the first chapter is an introduction,mainly discusses the research background,research significance and research methods.The second part introduces the management tools and methods of cost and cash flow,explains the relationship between the two,and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of cost and cash flow management in air separation engineering design projects in China.The third part analyzes and discusses the implementation of the cost and cash flow management through the whole project life cycle,and points out the problems of the project implementation,as well as the experience and lessons to be used for reference.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding preventive measures and improvement suggestions to the problems existing in the management of cost and cash flow.
