With the arrival of economic globalization,living in the environment of accelerated market economy development,more and more enterprises begin to realize that the enterprise need to the height of the strategic management for the development of the enterprise management and overall design to survive and develop in an increasingly competitive environment.The competition between enterprises is essentially the competition of talents,which means that talents are the super competitive power of enterprises.In order to create benefits and enhance the value,enterprises must first learn to conduct scientific,effective and rational management of talents.Performance management is an important tool and means of human resource management in modern enterprise,and performance appraisal of talent is a very important part of enterprise management.With the full range of economic globalization,the idea of performance management in China's enterprises have gradually been taken seriously.In order to establish a complete performance management system as soon as possible,some companies hire professionals to help companies complete this difficult task at any cost.However,the practice has proved that in China's enterprises,the effect of performance management is not significant.Therefore,it is the most important task for management researchers to analyze the causes of the failure cases and find a feasible and applicable performance management system for our enterprises.Based on performance management theory of modern enterprises,combining with the TYOT company's specific situation,this paper studies the company's performance management system.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of TYOT Company in performance management,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on it.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and significance,summarizes the research on performance management at home and abroad,as well as describes the research ideas and methods of the article.Secondly,this paper describes the relevant concepts of performance management in detail,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Thirdly,this paper makes a brief introduction to TYOT Company,expounds the present situation of TYOT Company's performance management,and analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of TYOT Company.Then,based on the TYOT Company's current performance management and performance management theory,this paper designs a set of performance management system for our company.Finally,this paper summarizes the research and points out the shortcoming of this paper.
