Abstract/Summary:
In the current background of ‘New Normal’ and ‘Supply-Side Reform’,the re-employment of diversified workers in the coal industry has brought new challenges to the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province.Solving the problem of re-employment of migrant workers is of great significance in ensuring the successful completion of the capacity-building tasks,further promoting the improvement of employment policies and maintaining a sustained,healthy and stable economic development.This paper analyzes the current situation of re-employment of diversion workers in coal industry in Heilongjiang Province,including the gender,age characteristics,educational level,family annual income and other personal characteristics of re-employment,as well as re-employment Problems encountered in the process,so as to explore the influencing factors of the re-employment of diversion workers.Through the above analysis,the influencing factors are summarized as personal characteristics,reemployment capacity factors and re-employment environmental factors.Based on the above analysis of the basic status of migrant workers and the factors influencing re-employment were further identified as the personal characteristics by factor analysis.In view of these factors,measures and suggestions are proposed to promote the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province.For the situation and problems faced by the re-employment of migrant workers in the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province,the government should further improve the staff placement,expand the posts through internal resettlement and public welfare posts,increase government employment and venture capital investment,strengthen skills education and training.Only by vigorously promoting re-employment of diversion workers in the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province can a long-term mechanism for re-employment be established to further promote economic development and social stability.
