| In this paper, the factors affecting the safety behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction site are deeply studied. With the rapid development of economic construction in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the construction industry has become one of the important pillars of the national economy. In order to adapt to the gradual transformation of construction industry from labor-intensive extensive industry to technology-intensive industry, the demand for migrant workers is increasing, and at the same time, higher requirements are put forward for the quality of migrant workers. As an important part of the increasing proportion of migrant workers in the construction industry, the behavior of the new generation of migrant workers is increasingly concerned by the society.Although the cultural level of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry has been greatly improved and their professional skills have become more specialized, they still often encounter problems such as long working hours, high intensity and complex environment, which reduce their occupational safety level to a certain extent. As one of the important guarantees of workers’ rights and interests, the occupational safety and health protection of migrant workers has been continuously concerned by the society. How to effectively ensure that the majority of migrant workers can work safely, healthily and decently has become an urgent problem to be solved in the new stage of social development in China. Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the influencing factors of the safety behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction site and analyze the relationship between these factors,so as to reduce the accident rate of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry, improve the personal safety level of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry and enrich the existing theoretical research results. In this study, the factors affecting the safety behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction site are selected as the research objects.Based on a large number of investigation data,a systematic analysis is made from two aspects of theory and practice by using scientific analysis methods, and a series of conclusions are obtained. This study focuses on the influencing factors of safety behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in construction industry, which is not only beneficial to improve the occupational safety of the new generation of migrant workers, but also of great significance to the progress and development of China’s economy and society. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By means of literature collection, interviews and questionnaires,a large amount of data were obtained, and the basic current situation of the new generation of migrant workers in construction industry was analyzed.(2)Identify the influencing factors of safety behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in construction industry, refine the relevant qualitative data into 34 categorical words and 17 main categories, and finally summarize them into 4 core categories, and further explore their mutual relations.(3)Construct structural equation model and decision laboratory model, test convergence effect, differential benefit and model fitness, and analyze the influencing factors of safety behavior.(4)According to the analysis results,a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to ensure the construction site safety of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry from the aspects of government supervision, enterprise constraints and migrant workers themselves. This paper attempts to put forward measures and means to improve the safety behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in construction industry, improve their awareness of safety behavior and enhance their safety awareness. The research results of this paper can supplement the existing construction site safety management theory, and provide reference for relevant government departments and enterprises in making relevant decisions. |
